Where is my order?
Orders are despatched Tuesday & Thursday via Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
During busy periods delivery may take longer. We will provide tracking numbers where applicable. In the instance of a missing parcel a replacement or 'Credit Note' will be issued. Any missing parcels must be reported within 10 working days in order to qualify for a replacement or credit note.
How long will my goodies last?
We recommend they are eaten within 10 days of despatch, longer if kept in the fridge. Brownies and Cookie Pies can also be frozen.
What allergens are in our Brownies & Cookie Pies?
All contain Milk, Gluten, Eggs, Soya and there can be traces of nuts as we are not a nut free kitchen.
My treats are broken, what can I do?
All orders leave us in perfect condition, once they leave us we cannot be held responsible for any damages in transit. We VERY RARELY have any issues with this though, Royal Mail are generally fantastic for us
